Countdown timer for webinars and launches
A launch or a webinar has one start time for everyone, and it shows up in several places: the invitation, the reminders, the registration page. The countdown should agree everywhere — and when the date moves, it should move everywhere at once.
The timer to use
Until a date
Everyone counts down to the same moment. The link stores the date, so the emails and the landing page share it.
Set it up
Click Get code, choose Until a date and set the start time with its time zone. Paste the email code into the invitation and every reminder, then open Get code again on the same link and choose On a website for the landing page embed.

Postponed by a day? Change the date on the link. The invitation already in inboxes, the reminders and the landing page all show the new countdown within minutes. Say it in a follow-up email too — images cached by Apple Mail can lag for up to a few days.
After it starts
Set the timer to switch to an image like “We are live — join now” at zero, and point the smart link to the live room. After the event, change the smart link to the replay page.

Questions, answered
Do people in other time zones see the right countdown?
Yes. The countdown shows time remaining to one moment, which is the same everywhere. Name the time zone in the copy if you mention a clock time.
Can the landing page show more languages?
Yes. A design can carry up to 12 label languages, and the lang parameter picks one per page or per list.
Can I reuse the design for the next launch?
Yes. Create a new link from the same design for the next event; the old link keeps its own date and statistics.
